Mr. Jagroop Panchal, the company’s mentor and promoter, was an engineer with over 40 years of industry experience who acts as a sounding board for the company. He has extensive experience in the areas of equipment selection, tool design, fabrication, and shop administration, having worked for a number of well-known companies. In 2009, the All India Achievers Foundation honoured him with the prestigious Indian Achievers Award for Industrial Development for his unwavering efforts and contributions to the engineering industry.
